    What’s happening to Coke Rewards?

    Having carefully reviewed Coke Rewards, we have decided to close the program. The last day to enter codes and redeem rewards will be 11.59 (AEST) on 21 July 2016.

    Why are you closing down the rewards scheme?

    We launched COKE REWARDS 5 years ago and we appreciate the loyalty our members have shown to our program. We have received lots of feedback from our members about their experiences with COKE REWARDS and we recognize preferences are changing. It hasn’t been an easy decision but we have decided to close the program so we can focus on providing the best experiences possible and give people who love our brands more of what really matters to them.

    I’m a member, how do I check my token balance?

    If you are a member you can login to your account via the Coke Rewards homepage to check to see how many tokens you have in your account to redeem.

    I have tokens to redeem, how long do I have to use them?

    Coke Rewards members who collect tokens are very important to us and we appreciate their loyalty to the scheme. That’s why we have made sure they have plenty of time to spend the tokens they have collected. Coke Rewards members have until 11.59 (AEST) on 21 July 2016 to enter and redeem their tokens for rewards.

    How long can I continue to collect tokens?

    We will be phasing out Coke Rewards codes from February 2016 but COKE REWARDS members will still be able to enter codes and redeem rewards until 21 July 2016.

    What happens if I still have Coke Rewards tokens after 21st July 2016?

    If you have not used your tokens by 21 July 2016 they will expire and you will not be able to use them to redeem rewards.

    Am I able to exchange my tokens for cash?

    Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offer or prize that is not available as part of the Coke Rewards program.

    Can I transfer my Coke Rewards tokens to someone else?

    No, Coke Rewards tokens are not transferable and need to be redeemed using the account of the holding member.

    Will you be adding more rewards to the site?

    We will still be offering great rewards for members up until July 2016 and will try to ensure the rewards catalogue is updated with the items that are popular and accessible for our members until this time.

    Don’t you feel you’re letting down this very loyal group of customers who’ve been faithfully collecting tokens and engaging with Coke Rewards?

    We know some people will be disappointed but we’ve made these changes to make sure we offer the best experiences for our customers. We acknowledge that consumer preferences change and we need to continue to review our programs so we are offering people more of what really matters to them.

    Why are there still codes on packs in shops now?

    We will be phasing out Coke Rewards codes from February 2016. You are able to enter codes and redeem rewards until 21 July 2016.

    What happens if I purchase a pack before the close date and there is no code on the label, do I still get my 10 Tokens?

    No, we will be phasing out Coke Rewards codes from February 2016, so you will only be able to get tokens for packs which have codes on them.

    What is ‘diet Coke’ VIP?

    ‘Diet Coke’ VIP Rewards is an extension of the current COKE REWARDS program. It offers specific Rewards to ‘diet Coke’ drinkers.

    How do I become a VIP?

    Enter one ‘diet Coke’ Unique Code per calendar month and you will automatically become a ‘diet Coke’ VIP for that calendar month.

    Does my VIP status carry over? What if I enter a ‘diet Coke’ Unique Code on the last day of the month?

    No, unfortunately VIP status does not carry over from one month to another. Your VIP status is valid for the calendar month in which you enter a ‘diet Coke’ Unique Code. For example, if you enter a ‘diet Coke’ Unique Code on 29th April, you will be a VIP until 30th April and you would need to enter another ‘diet Coke’ Unique Code in May to maintain your VIP status.

    Can I use my current Tokens to redeem ‘diet Coke’ VIP Rewards?

    Yes you can use your existing Token balance to redeem ‘diet Coke’ VIP Rewards however you must enter one ‘diet Coke’ Unique Code per calendar month to be eligible to be a ‘diet Coke’ VIP.

    Where can I see what the ‘diet Coke’ VIP Rewards are for this month?

    You can view which ‘diet Coke’ VIP Rewards are available for this month by either:

    1. Clicking on the ‘diet Coke’ VIP bubble in the navigation header on any page; or
    2. From the homepage click on the ‘diet Coke VIP’ tab; or
    3. Click here to go to; or
    4. Scan the QR code on your specially marked ‘diet Coke’ PET pack

    How long are ‘diet Coke’ VIP Rewards available?

    Diet Coke’ VIP Rewards change monthly or as specified so quantities and access is strictly limited to ‘diet Coke’ VIP Members. Rewards are available for the calendar month in which they are featured or while stocks last, whichever comes first. Diet Coke’ VIP will close at 11.59pm (AEST) on 21 July 2016.

    Are you going to have a COKE REWARDS Facebook page?

    No, there will not be a specific page for COKE REWARDS. However, there will be a COKE REWARDS tab on the ‘Coca-Cola’ Australia Facebook page as well as on the ‘Diet Coke’ Australia and ‘Coca-Cola Zero’ Australia Facebook pages. Note: you can only access the COKE REWARDS Facebook tab through a desktop computer.

    Can I enter Tokens or Promotions through Facebook on my mobile?

    You will not be able to access the COKE REWARDS tab on your mobile via Facebook. However you can go to the COKE REWARDS mobile website from your tablet or smartphone, log in with Facebook and enter unique Codes or enter Promotions this way.

    Can I use my Facebook app on my mobile to access COKE REWARDS?

    No you can only access COKE REWARDS within Facebook from a desktop computer.

    Why does my Facebook account now connect with COKE REWARDS?

    By entering your Facebook login details, we are able to link the information in your Facebook account to COKE REWARDS.

    Why would I want to link my Facebook account? What are the benefits?

    By linking your Facebook account, you can log in with one-click and don’t have to fill out any information as linking the accounts will pre-populate all the information about you. It is also easier to like and share your activity on COKE REWARDS with your friends.

    How will this affect my FB account security?

    You are notified of the permissions you are passing to us upon logging in and authenticating. This will not change any of your general security settings on your Facebook account.

    Will you contact my Facebook friends with/without my permission?

    No, we will not use your details in order to contact any of your Facebook friends without your permission.

    What will you do with my Facebook information?

    Your Facebook information will be used in order to set up your COKE REWARDS Membership and also in order to tailor your experience on COKE REWARDS through our communications.

    What is COKE REWARDS?

    COKE REWARDS is Coca-Cola Australia’s exclusive Rewards Program. Getting Rewards is easy. Just grab a specially marked pack of ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘diet Coca-Cola’, ‘Coke Zero’, ‘Vanilla Coke’, ‘diet Vanilla Coke’ or ‘Caffeine Free diet Coke’, get your Unique Code from behind the label, visit to login or register, enter your Unique Code and you’re good to go!

    For every Unique Code you enter your account will be credited with 10 Tokens(unless otherwise specified). You can use your Tokens right away to redeem Rewards, enter Promotions, or collect them for something big! Eligibility requirements and Terms & Conditions apply. To get started, simply log in or register now.

    How do I register?

    Registration is simple and only takes a few minutes. You will need to complete a few details about yourself and set up a password so only you can securely access your account. You must be 13 years of age or older and a resident of Australia to register. If you are under 18 years of age, you must get permission from your parent or guardian to participate.

    When will COKE REWARDS end?

    Coke Rewards will close at 11.59pm (AEST) on 21 July 2016. 

    Is the Program free?

    Yes, COKE REWARDS is free to join. In order to participate in the Program and get Tokens you need to purchase a specially marked ‘Coke’ pack and enter the Unique Code printed on the back of the label.

    Do I have to be a resident of Australia to receive Rewards and Prizes?

    Yes, the Program is open to Australian residents only as per the COKE REWARDS Program Terms & Conditions. Rewards and Prizes can only be delivered to residents within Australia.

    Do I need an email for COKE REWARDS?

    Yes, you will need to have an email address in order to register with COKE REWARDS. You can register using your email address or by logging in with your Facebook account.

    Do I need a computer?

    No as long as you have internet-enabled device you can access COKE REWARDS.

    What is a Unique Code?

    A randomly generated alphanumeric number that is only on the product you purchased. Each Unique Code is located on the back of the label of all specially marked PET bottles, or specially marked promotional packs. The Code is unique to each promotional product label.

    How do I get a Unique Code?

    You need to purchase any specially marked 390 mL, 450mL, 600mL, 1.25L, 1.5L, 1.75L or 2L PET bottle of ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘diet Coca-Cola’ or ‘Coca-Cola Zero’ or; 450mL, 600mL, 1.25L, 1.5L or 2L PET bottle of ‘Coca-Cola Vanilla’ or; 600mL or 2L PET bottle of ‘diet Coca-Cola Vanilla’ or; 600mL, 1.25L, 1.5L or 2L PET bottle of ‘Caffeine Free diet Coca-Cola ‘or specially marked promotional packs.

    What happens when I enter more than 10 Unique Codes within a calendar week?

    You can enter up to 10 Unique Codes per calendar week - which is 12:00 am Monday to 11:59pm Sunday, Sydney time. We limit the number of Codes per week so everyone who is eligible has equal access to the Rewards and Promotions on COKE REWARDS.

    What are Tokens?

    Tokens are what you receive when entering a Unique Code, you can use them to redeem Rewards and enter Promotions. They don’t have a currency value and can’t be exchanged or traded. They can only be used at and you need to be a registered Member before you can collect or redeem your Tokens.

    How do I collect Tokens?

    Once you’ve registered and logged in, all you need to do is enter a Unique Code from a specially marked ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘Coke Zero or ‘diet Coke’ product. For every Unique Code you enter you’ll get at least 10 Tokens (unless specified otherwise). You can also collect Tokens by participating in certain member activities on the site.

    Will my Tokens expire?

    If you haven’t entered a Unique Code or used any of your Tokens for 90 consecutive days, your Tokens will expire. You will be notified via your registered email address 30 and prior to your Tokens expiring. COKE REWARDS is closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 21 July 2016.  Any tokens that have not be used by this date will expire. 

    Will I be notified before my Tokens expire?

    Yes, you will be notified via your registered email address 30 days before your Tokens expire.

    Where can I find a list of all my transactions?

    Once you’re logged in, go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ then click on the TRANSACTION HISTORY tab. Here you can keep track of all the Rewards you’ve used your Tokens on, what Promotions you’ve entered, Prizes you’ve won and your Token balance.

    How will you use my personal information?

    Coca-Cola South Pacific (CCSP) may collect personal information about you (such as your name, postal address, telephone number, email address) that you provide to us voluntarily. We will use such information for the purpose for which it has been provided, including your involvement in the COKE REWARDS program and related Promotions and offers that CCSP may run in conjunction with the COKE REWARDS program. Your personal information may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Program including the Program administrator, suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate the Program in order to get you your Rewards and fulfil Promotions.     How do I update my personal information?

    Just login, then go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and click on the ‘edit’ button.

    Is my personal information secure?

    Yes, however please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

    I want to get/stop updates from email and/or SMS. How do I do this?

    Just login and go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’. Click on ‘edit’ to change your subscription preferences you can go back and change your settings at any time.

    How often do you send communications?

    Every time you redeem a Reward or enter a Promotion, you will receive a confirmation email. We may from time to time send special offers to opted-in members.

    Can I unsubscribe from communication?

    You can unsubscribe by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link on the bottom of email communications or adjusting communication preferences in My Account . This unsubscribes you from marketing communication only.  However we will still need to contact you with administrative emails such as Reward confirmations, Token Expiry and notifying you of major updates to the system. If you want to unsubscribe from ALL communication, you must either disable or delete your account which you can do via MY ACCOUNT.

    What does deleting my account mean?

    If you delete your account you will forfeit all rights to the Tokens in your Token balance. Tokens cannot be reinstated or transferred to another account. Any existing orders for physical rewards will be delivered to the address listed in your account the day the order was placed. Vouchers or codes that have been redeemed during your membership will no longer be accessible, nor will the ability to check transaction or account history.

    How do I delete my account?

    You can delete your account via MY ACCOUNT once logged in. Please note, that once an account is deleted you will lose all of your Tokens and we are unable to re-instate them.

    What does disabling my account mean?

    If you disable your account, your account will be temporarily unavailable until such time you take action to enable it again. This means you will not be able to login to COKE REWARDS, enter codes, redeem rewards or enter promotions. Your entire Token balance will expire after 90 days of inactivity because you will not have entered a code or redeemed a reward. During the time your account is disabled, we will keep all your details safe in our database so that if you change your mind, your account will be ready to go straight away. To enable your account after disabling it, please email with your request.

    How do I disable my account?

    You can disable your account via MY ACCOUNT once logged in.

    Do I need an email for COKE REWARDS?

    Yes, you will need to have an email address in order to register with COKE REWARDS. You can register using your email address or by logging in with your Facebook account.

    Do I need a computer?

    No as long as you have either a computer, Internet-enabled smartphone or tablet you can access COKE

    What are Rewards?

    Rewards are items that you can redeem using your Tokens. Whether redeeming straight away or saving up for something special, there’s a Reward for everyone.

    How do I claim a Reward?

    To receive a Reward you need to redeem the Reward with the required amount of Tokens and your Reward will be supplied to you by one of the following methods:

    • Physical Rewards will be posted to the address listed in your account settings. You can update this when redeeming your Reward if it has changed. Please make sure you have provided the correct mailing address, otherwise we can’t guarantee delivery of your Reward.
    • If the Reward is downloadable from your computer you will be given instructions to allow you to download once you have redeemed the Reward. These instructions will be emailed to you and also accessible through transaction history in your account settings. Some Rewards require you to enter redemption codes into a Partner website and you will be provided simple instructions when you redeem.

    Can I claim a Reward via part Token and part cash / credit or debit card payment?

    No, you can only use Tokens to redeem Rewards or enter Promotions.

    How long is a specific Reward available for?

    Some Rewards do have a limited quantity or limited availability. We can’t guarantee availability of Rewards. So it’s best to get in quick! All Rewards are available while stocks last. Conditions apply.

    What happens when a Reward is gone? Will it come back?

    Rewards may or may not be replenished, so check back regularly to see what’s new.

    How often are the Rewards updated?

    There is no scheduled time, however Rewards are updated regularly, so make sure you keep checking back to see what new Rewards are available.

    How many Rewards can I claim in one day / one week?

    You can redeem as often as you want as long as you have enough Tokens in your account. Sometimes there is a limit on how many of one item you can claim and that will be stated in the Reward details.

    What if I need to find out where my order is?

    You can find the shipping details within your account history to see if it has been shipped. If you still have questions you can send an email to Alternatively, you can contact us on 1800 006 552.

    I still don’t have my order although my account page says that it’s been dispatched. Who can I talk to?

    You need to allow up to 6 - 8 weeks for delivery from the date you redeem your Reward. If it has been longer than 8 weeks please email us at and we will be able look into the delivery of your Reward. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 1800 006 552.

    What if my address changes?

    If you need to change your address, make sure to update it in your account settings.

    Can I cancel, change or exchange my order?

    Rewards can’t be changed, exchanged or cancelled so please choose carefully.

    Can I change the delivery address once my Reward has been dispatched?

    No, once you have ordered your Reward you can’t change the address.

    Can I send my Reward back and exchange it if I do not like it?

    Unfortunately no, Rewards are non-refundable or exchangeable, so please choose carefully.

    Can I send my Reward to someone else?

    No, you need to send your Reward to your own address, that way you know it has been received.

    Why can’t I use a PO Box address?

    Rewards need to be received by someone in person, which is why we ask for a residential address. Some Rewards also require a signature for proof of delivery.

    What if I’m not home when my Reward is delivered?

    That will depend on the Reward you claimed as some Rewards require a signature and some will be left at your local post office if you are not home. The delivery person will leave a note if you are not home to let you know where you can pick up your Reward.

    I can’t read the Unique Code on pack! My label is missing a unique Code! What do I do now?

    I can’t login to the website. What should I do?

    Please check your login is correct. If your password is incorrect, please reset your password. If you cannot login, please try refreshing your browser and try again.

    My computer froze during my transaction. Who can help me find out whether or not my order has gone through?

    Check your transaction history in ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and look at ‘Rewards History’. If it’s not there, it hasn’t gone through. Then check your Token history to make sure the Token amount was not deducted. If none of these answers help, please email us at so we can help you find a solution.     The website page is not loading. What should I do?

    Check the strength of your internet connection if the issue remains please try refreshing your browser and try again. Certain browsers may not be optimised for the site, try another browser and if issues persist , please email

    How can I change my password?

    Just login, then go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and select edit in the Account section. You’ll need to enter your current password, then enter your new password and confirm.

    What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

    In the login panel on the home page you can select ‘Forgot Password?’. A window will appear asking you to enter your email address and a security code. Just enter these details and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

    I can’t use my Mobile app!

    The mobile app is no longer in use. We have a new mobile site, go to from your tablet or smartphone and check it out!

    How much data will the new Mobile site use?

    The mobile site will have a standard data use as per current industry standards. Standard data charges apply please see your service provider for more information, you are responsible for the costs of your internet connection and access fees.

    Can I enter my unique Codes via SMS?

    As per the Terms and Conditions, the SMS functionality has been removed from COKE REWARDS as of the 27th March 2014. You can no longer submit your codes via SMS and they will need to be entered online via an internet enabled device.
