What happened to COKEUNLEASHED?
COKEUNLEASHED is now COKE REWARDS. Existing COKEUNLEASHED Members will automatically become COKE REWARDS Members. Your account information and your Token balance will transfer to COKE REWARDS. We have improved the website and given it a makeover, adding new functionality and making the experience easier and more fun for you!
Why has it changed?
Every now and then we could all use a makeover. We decided that it was time for COKEUNLEASHED to receive an update to be more user friendly, faster, and have cooler features than ever before. We changed to COKE REWARDS to celebrate the change.
What has changed?
For one, our name has changed from COKEUNLEASHED to COKE REWARDS. We have also given ourselves a facelift and have a new look. We have also added cool new features like being able to login to COKE REWARDS with your Facebook account, added new Rewards and Promotions and created an easier to use website.
Does COKE REWARDS work the same way as COKEUNLEASHED?
There are some functions of COKE REWARDS that have been improved but you enter your Unique Codes just like COKEUNLEASHED. Simply grab a specially marked ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘diet Coca-Cola’, ‘Coke Zero’, ‘Vanilla Coke’, ‘diet Vanilla Coke’ or ‘Caffeine Free diet Coke’, get your Unique Code from behind the label, visit www.cokerewards.com.au to log in or register, enter your Unique Code and you’re good to go!
For every Unique Code you enter your account will be credited with 10 Tokens (unless specified otherwise). You can use your Tokens right away to redeem Rewards, enter Promotions, or save up for something big!

What are the Privacy / Permissions of COKE REWARDS?
Am I registered?
If you are already a registered Member of COKEUNLEASHED, you will automatically be a Member of COKE REWARDS.
If I had a COKEUNLEASHED account what happened to my Tokens and account information?
If you are already a registered Member of COKEUNLEASHED you will automatically be a Member of COKE REWARDS. Your account history, account information and Tokens will all transfer and be available to view by logging in to your account at www.cokerewards.com.au.
Can I still use COKEUNLEASHED?
COKEUNLEASHED will no longer be available as we transfer to COKE REWARDS. But don’t worry, if you are already a registered Member of COKEUNLEASHED you will automatically be a COKE REWARDS Member and all your information will be the same.
I have a COKEUNLEASHED bottle and the URL redirects to something called COKE REWARDS. Why does this happen and what does it mean to me?
COKEUNLEASHED has now been changed to COKE REWARDS.
COKE REWARDS is Coca-Cola Australia’s exclusive Rewards program. It’s a place where you’ll get access to great Rewards, Deals and Promotions every day of the year, across all the things you love: music, fashion, entertainment, gaming, technology sport and much more.
For every Unique Code you enter your account will be credited with 10 Tokens (unless specified otherwise). You can use your Tokens right away to redeem Rewards, enter Promotions, or save up for something big! Eligibility requirements and Terms & Conditions apply. To get started, simply register now.
Do my Codes still work from COKEUNLEASHED labels?
Yes, you will be able to enter the Unique Code from the back of a COKEUNLEASHED label on COKE REWARDS, as long as the Code has not been previously used.
If I am already a COKEUNLEASHED Member, does my login change?
No, your login will be the same as it was with COKEUNLEASHED.
I don't want to be a part of this - how do I get out?
You will be able to disable your profile through the 'MY ACCOUNT' section of the website.
What kind of communications do you send?
We send communication emails about your account, token expiry and news about what’s happening on COKE REWARDS featuring exciting Rewards and Promotions. Please contact us on 1800 006 552 or email email@example.com if you have any questions.
How often do you send communications?
Every time you redeem a Reward or enter a Promotion, you will receive a confirmation email. We also send monthly newsletters to opted-in COKE REWARDS Members informing them on the most recent Promotions and Rewards on COKE REWARDS.
Can I unsubscribe from communication?
You can unsubscribe by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link on the bottom of email communication or adjusting communication preferences in My Account. This unsubscribes you from marketing communication only. Occasionally you may receive administrative emails from COKE REWARDS. Please contact us on 1800 006 552 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
If I'm unsubscribed how come you're still emailing me?
You can unsubscribe from marketing communication at any time; however we will still need to contact you with administrative emails such as Reward confirmations, Token Expiry and notifying you of major updates to the system. You opt-in to receive administrative emails when joining COKE REWARDS and this is part of the Terms and Conditions. If you want to unsubscribe from ALL communication and disable your account, you can do so via MY ACCOUNT.
What does Opt out mean?
‘Opt Out’ means you will no longer receive marketing communication emails.
If I change my mind and want to enable my account again, can I do this?
Where is the SHOP/SHOP+?
SHOP and SHOP+ have been renamed. On COKE REWARDS, SHOP is now referred to as ‘Rewards’ and SHOP+ is referred to as ‘Promotions’.
Are there new/different Prizes/better stuff?
Yes, COKE REWARDS have lots of new and exciting Rewards and Prizes so be sure to keep an eye out!
Can I still view my Account history?
Yes, you can view your account history by logging into your account and clicking on ‘My Account’ All of your account history will be available for viewing, including transaction history, Token balance and account details.
Do my COKEUNLEASHED Tokens transfer over to my COKE REWARDS account?
Yes, all of your Tokens will transfer along with your account history details. To view your account balance simply log in to COKE REWARDS.
I can't use my Mobile app!
The mobile app is no longer in use. We have a new mobile site, go to www.cokerewards.com.au from your tablet or smartphone and check it out!
Should I delete my Mobile app?
As you will no longer need the Mobile app, it is fine to delete.
How much data will the new Mobile site use?
The mobile site will have a standard data use as per current industry standards. Standard data charges apply please see your service provider for more information, you are responsible for the costs of your internet connection and access fees.
Are the Tokens earned in Facebook the same as on the site?
Yes, all content on Facebook is the same as on the COKE REWARDS site. The COKE REWARDS Facebook tab is there so you can easily interact with COKE REWARDS without having to leave Facebook.
Are ‘diet Coke’ & ‘Coke Zero’ promotional labels still included?
Yes, ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘diet Coca-Cola’ and ‘Coke Zero’ are all part of the COKE REWARDS Program. We have also added selected packs of ‘Coke Vanilla’, ‘Diet Coke Vanilla’ and ‘Caffeine Free diet Coke’.
Are other packs now included?
Yes, specially marked 1.75L PET bottles of ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘diet Coca-Cola’, and
‘Coca-Cola Zero’ have been added as well as 450mL, 600mL, 1.25L, 1.5L or 2L PET bottles of ‘Coca-Cola Vanilla’ and; 600mL or 2L PET bottles of ‘Diet Coca-Cola Vanilla’ and; 600mL, 1.25L, 1.5L or 2L PET bottles of ‘Caffeine Free diet Coca-Cola’.
Are you going to have a COKE REWARDS Facebook page?
No, there will not be a specific page for COKE REWARDS. However, there will be a COKE REWARDS tab on the ‘Coca-Cola’ Australia Facebook page as well as on the ‘Diet Coke’ Australia and ‘Coca-Cola Zero’ Australia Facebook pages. Note: you can only access the COKE REWARDS Facebook tab through a desktop computer.
Why does my Facebook account now connect with COKE REWARDS?
By entering your Facebook login details, we are able to link the information in your Facebook account to COKE REWARDS.
Why would I want to link my Facebook account? What are the benefits?
By linking your Facebook account, you can log in with one-click and don’t have to fill out any information as linking the accounts will pre-populate all the information about you. It is also easier to like and share your activity on COKE REWARDS with your friends.
Can I enter Promotions through Facebook on a desktop?
Yes, by clicking on the COKE REWARDS tab on Facebook, you will be able to enter COKE REWARDS Promotions
Can I enter Promotions through Facebook on my mobile?
No, if you are trying to enter Promotions via the Facebook tab you must do this from a desktop computer as Facebook does not allow tabs to be viewed on mobile. However you can go to the COKE REWARDS website from your mobile, log in with Facebook and enter Promotions this way.
Can I use my Facebook app on my mobile to access COKE REWARDS?
No you can only access COKE REWARDS within Facebook from a desktop computer.
Where do I enter Codes on the Facebook tab?
Codes can be entered in a similar way to how they are entered on the COKE REWARDS site. You will need to login to your COKE REWARDS account when on the Coke REWARDS tab and then enter your Unique Code into the Code field on the top right hand corner of the page.
Where do I enter Codes on the Facebook tab while on a mobile?
You will not be able to access the COKE REWARDS tab on your mobile via Facebook. You will need to leave Facebook and access the COKE REWARDS website if you want to enter Unique Codes via your mobile.
How will this affect my Facebook account security?
You are notified of the permissions you are passing to us upon logging in and authenticating. This will not change any of your general security settings on your Facebook account.
What if I don't give COKE REWARDS Facebook App permission?
You will be able to become a Member of COKE REWARDS even if you do not give the COKE REWARDS Facebook App permission. All you need to do is complete the registration form in order to become a COKE REWARDS Member.
What if I don't have a Facebook account?
Not a problem! All you need is a valid email address, be over the age of 13 and an Australian resident to start your way on becoming a Member of COKE REWARDS.
Will you contact my Facebook friends with/without my permission?
No, we will not use your details in order to contact any of your Facebook friends without your permission.
What will you do with my Facebook information?
Your Facebook information will be used in order to set up your COKE REWARDS Membership and also in order to tailor your experience on COKE REWARDS through our communications.
What are Tokens?
Tokens are what you receive when entering a Unique Code, you can use them to redeem Rewards and enter Promotions. They don’t have a currency value and can’t be exchanged or traded. They can only be used at www.cokerewards.com.au and you need to be a registered Member before you can collect or redeem your Tokens.
How do I collect Tokens?
Once you’ve registered and logged in, all you need to do is enter a Unique Code from a specially marked ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘Coke Zero or ‘diet Coke’ product. For every Unique Code you enter you’ll get at least 10 Tokens (unless specified otherwise). You can also collect Tokens by participating in certain member activities on the site.
Will my Tokens expire?
If you haven’t entered a Unique Code or used any of your Tokens for 90 consecutive days, your Tokens will expire. You will be notified via your registered email address 30 and 7 days prior to your Tokens expiring. Your Tokens will expire within 7 days if no action is taken after receiving the later email.
Will I be notified before my Tokens expire?
Yes you will be notified via your registered email address 30 and 7 days before your Tokens expire.
How will I know how many Tokens I have?
Once you’ve registered and logged in, your Token balance will be displayed at the top right section of your screen. If you are opted into communications, emails will also tell you your Token balance
Can I give some of my Tokens to a friend?
Unfortunately no, COKE REWARDS Tokens are non-transferable.
How do I redeem my Tokens and what can I get?
You can redeem your Tokens by redeeming Rewards or entering Promotions. You can claim from a variety of Rewards across different categories including music, fashion, entertainment, gaming, digital, sport and much more.
How many Tokens do I need to get a Reward?
The amount of Tokens required varies for each Reward. We make every effort to make a variety of Rewards available at a range of Token values.
Is there a maximum number of Tokens that I can have?
There is no maximum number of Tokens although you can only enter a maximum of 10 Unique Codes each calendar week.
What is the SMS number to send my Unique Code to?
How much does the SMS number cost?
When you SMS a Unique Code from your mobile it costs no more than $0.25. The charge depends on your mobile carrier.
How do I register my mobile phone number so I can SMS Unique Codes when I’m on the go?
After logging in or registering, go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’, then click on ‘edit’ and you will be able to register and edit your mobile phone number there.
You’ll get an SMS from COKE REWARDS with a keyword. Simply reply to the SMS with the keyword provided and your mobile will automatically be linked to your account.
Do I get charged to register my mobile phone number?
Once you’ve submitted your mobile number, you’ll need to reply to an SMS from COKE REWARDS with a keyword to complete the mobile syncing process. Each SMS sent to 193 193 will cost $0.25. You will not be charged to receive SMS from COKE REWARDS.
Can I enter my Unique Code via SMS as well as on the website?
Yes you can enter either way but you can only enter each Unique Code once. At some point the SMS service may be discontinued, members will be informed on site of this one month prior to the service discontinuation.
Will I be sent SPAM messages?
No you will not be sent SPAM messages. If you decide to get mobile messages when you link your mobile phone, from time to time you will receive SMS messages to let you know about new Rewards and Promotions. There is no charge for these updates.
If at any time you no longer want to get these updates, just login, go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and click on the ‘VIEW/UPDATE MOBILE’ icon and change your settings or text ‘STOP’ to quit to 193 193.
What is the COKE REWARDS ‘Rewards Catalogue’?
The Rewards Catalogue is the section of COKE REWARDS which shows you what Rewards are available to redeem. You can browse the catalogue or use your Tokens to redeem great Rewards.
What are Rewards?
Rewards are items that you can redeem using your Tokens. Whether redeeming straight away or saving up for something special, there’s a Reward for everyone.
COKE REWARDS has everything from the latest Music, Fashion, Gaming, ‘Coca-Cola’ Merchandise, and more to choose from. With brand new Rewards added regularly, you’re sure to find something you like.
What kind of Rewards are there?
There are many different types of Rewards available in the Rewards Catalogue at any time.
Digital Rewards are Rewards that require a digital code which is used to redeem online through a prize partner website. Each digital code is unique and delivers your Reward in the form of a download. An example of a Digital Reward is a voucher for music credit.
Physical Rewards are tangible Rewards that are sent to you via Australia Post. An example of a Physical Reward is a ‘Coke’ Beach Towel.
Virtual Rewards are Rewards that are downloadable to your desktop, mobile or tablet device. An example of a Virtual Reward is‘Coca-Cola’ Wallpaper.
How often are the Rewards updated?
There is no scheduled time, however Rewards are updated regularly, so make sure you keep checking back to see what new Rewards are available.
Can I suggest new Rewards?
Sure! Drop us a note though our Contact Us section with any suggestions of Rewards you’d like to see added to the catalogue – we‘d love to hear from you.
Can I claim a Reward via part Token and part cash / credit or debit card payment?
No, you can only use Tokens to redeem Rewards or enter Promotions.
Do Tokens have a monetary value?
Tokens do not have monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offer.
How many Rewards can I claim in one day / one week?
You can redeem as often as you want as long as you have enough Tokens in your account. Sometimes there is a limit on how many of one item you can claim and that will be stated in the Reward details.
How long is a specific Reward available for?
Some Rewards do have a limited quantity or limited availability. We can’t guarantee availability of Rewards. So it’s best to get in quick! All Rewards are available while stocks last. Conditions apply.
What happens when a Reward is gone? Will it come back?
Rewards may or may not be replenished, so check back regularly to see what’s new.
Can I send my Reward to someone else?
No, you need to send your Reward to your own address, that way you know it has been received.
What if my address changes?
If you need to change your address, make sure to update it in your account settings.
How do I claim a Reward?
To receive a Reward you need to redeem the Reward with the required amount of Tokens and your Reward will be supplied to you by one of the following methods:
• Physical Rewards will be posted to the address listed in your account settings. You can update this when redeeming your Reward if it has changed. Please make sure you have provided the correct mailing address, otherwise we can’t guarantee delivery of your Reward.
• If the Reward is downloadable from your computer you will be given instructions to allow you to download once you have redeemed the Reward. These instructions will be emailed to you and also accessible through transaction history in your account settings. Some Rewards require you to enter redemption codes into a Partner website and you will be provided simple instructions when you redeem.
I’m having trouble claiming a Reward on a Partner’s website. Who do I contact?

Will my Reward look the same as the image on the website?
We do our best to describe all Rewards as accurately as possible but where the reward is not a physical item e.g. an experience; a graphic image will be designed to convey the impression of the Reward. Additionally the colours that appear on your monitor may be different from the actual colour of the Reward when you receive it.
Can I send my Reward back and exchange it if I do not like it?
Unfortunately no, Rewards are non-refundable or exchangeable, so please choose carefully.
I have downloaded my digital download and I can’t get it to work or it did not download.
Please check the download instructions in the redemption instructions and confirmation email. Each digital download may have different instructions and supported platforms/devices that you may need to use for the download to work. If not, please call us on 1800 006 552 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may assist you.
Do I have to be a resident of Australia to receive Rewards and Prizes?
Yes, the Program is open to Australian residents only as per the COKE REWARDS Program Terms & Conditions. Rewards and Prizes can only be delivered to residents within Australia.
What if I need to find out where my order is?
You can find the shipping details within your account history to see if it has been shipped. If you still have questions you can contact us on 1800 006 552 or send an email to email@example.com.
I still don’t have my order although my account page says that it’s been dispatched. Who can I talk to?
You need to allow up to 6 - 8 weeks for delivery from the date you redeem your Reward. If it has been longer than 8 weeks please give us a call on 1800 006 552 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to look into the delivery of your Reward.
Can I change the delivery address once my Reward has been dispatched?
No, once you have ordered your Reward you can’t change the address.
Why can’t I use a PO Box address?
Rewards need to be received by someone in person, which is why we ask for a residential address. Some Rewards also require a signature for proof of delivery.
How are items dispatched?
Items are dispatched through Australia Post.
What if I’m not home when my Reward is delivered?
That will depend on the Reward you claimed as some Rewards require a signature and some will be left at your local post office if you are not home. The delivery person will leave a note if you are not home to let you know where you can pick up your Reward.
Can I cancel, change or exchange my order?
Rewards can’t be changed, exchanged or cancelled so please choose carefully.
I received my Reward and it is damaged / broken. Who do I contact?
Make sure you keep the packaging and product and contact us at 1800 006 552 or email us at email@example.com so we can help you.
How do I update my personal information?
Just login, then go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and click on the ‘edit’ button.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
In the login panel on the home page you can select ‘Forgot Password’. A window will appear asking you to enter your email address and a security code. Just enter these details and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
How can I change my password?
Just login, then go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and select edit in the Account section. You’ll need to enter your current password, then enter your new password and confirm.
I want to get/stop updates from email and/or SMS. How do I do this?
Just login and go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’. Click on ‘edit’ to change your subscriptions or mobile preferences you can go back and change your settings at any time.
Where can I find a list of all my transactions?
Once you’re logged in, go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ then click on the TRANSACTION HISTORY tab. Here you can keep track of all the Rewards you’ve used your Tokens on, what Promotions you’ve entered, Prizes you’ve won and your Token balance.
How do I close my account?
You can close your account via MY ACCOUNT once logged in. Please note that once an account is closed you will lose all of your Tokens and we are unable to re-instate them.
Who are our Partners and what do they offer?
We have heaps of awesome partners! To get more info about each Prize Partner, click on the Partner logos in the footer of the site. To see which Rewards are available from each partner, go to the COKE REWARDS ‘Rewards Catalogue’ and filter by ‘Brand’.
